To ensure that we have access to your color, final date to purchase this kit would be Sunday, DEC 20.
Pick up date would be: January 19th. Tuesday 10am-5pm
If you are reusing your jar/bottle, your color will be made upon your arrival: Please allow Judy 5 minutes to get it together after she picks it up from your vehicle.
This set includes:
- Root Color (40 grams)
- Root Developer aprox (40-80grams)
- Gloves
- Neck Cover
- Color Barrier for Skin
For best results, use color within 24 hours but no later than 48 hours from pick up date.
Unless noted otherwise, choosing this option will follow your previous formula that we have in the salpn. If you'd like a new formula, please email us following your purchase and we would love to consult with you about your hair needs. Thank you!
Color Refresh/Refill Kit
- In consideration for receiving the at-home color kits from Fox and Belle Salon, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs and assigns, knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the color kit, assume full responsibility for any losses, damages or personal injury, that may be sustained by me as a result of using the color kit provided by Fox and Belle Salon.
- I hereby understand and agree to release and hold harmless, its employees, and owners from any and all liability for injuries which I may sustain resulting from the negligence of, its employees, and owners.
- I further understand that the services being rendered to me are at my own and sole risk and I agree to release and hold harmless, its employees, and owners from any injury to me and from the loss of any personal property of mine as a result of my use of the color kit.
- It is extremely important that I share with Fox and Belle, any and all new processes I have used on your in the past few months. I have been made aware that my desired outcome may vary.
- I am aware of all the processes and procedures I have used on my hair in the past few months may alter the process that I need to achieve my desired results. I realize this is very important information and that any information withheld regarding my previous processes will increase my chance of damage and the potential for unpredictable chemical reactions.
- I am declining an in person service and consultation and accepting the best recommendation of a licensed professional and understand that the results may vary because of this.
- I understand that these are extraordinary times, and this is an extraordinary measure. I am agreeing to apply my own hair color because of this.
- I understand that the sale of this Home Color Kit is final. The results are my own. Any corrections needed are at your own expense.
- I will not hold liable Fox and Belle Salon or my stylist if the process has unexpected or undesired results.
- Agreeing to this waiver states that you agree with the terms and condition discussed with you. Fox and Belle Salon Is not responsible for results. This home care kit is customized as possible for your use, however you understand that results may vary and exposure to the eyes can be harmful. You will take all the precautions to prevent the color from touching your eyes and body during the wash out process.
