Who We are NOT Looking For

Pay & Benefits
Pay Structure at Fox and Belle Salon
We offer a guaranteed hourly rate for all hours worked, so you’ll always have a steady and reliable paycheck. In addition, we track your earned commissions. If that target earnings for a pay period is greater than your hourly pay, you’ll be paid the higher amount.
This way, you’re always guaranteed a base hourly wage but also have the opportunity to earn more through your target earnings when your sales exceed the guarantee. We want the best for option for you.
